Hello, my name is Valeri Mitcham. I am the owner of NCOtary Services, a female, United States Army veteran-owned notary/loan signing service based out of Texas. I specialize in a wide variety of loan packages, from HELOC to refinances and cash-only deals. I am extremely knowledgeable due to my advanced course study and certification with the Loan Signing System (LSS) and further study through the National Notary Association (NNA). I am an eager self-study and acquire as much knowledge as possible to ensure I can answer any question posed to me within the scope of the Texas Notary Laws and Code of Conduct.
